Mark is a henchman of the infamous crime lord Jax Bowen. He often hangs out with Chuckie, and Sophie and Paul Gomez.

Midnight Hour

Mark is seen hanging with Sophie, Paul, Caleb, Chuckie and Perry at a local bar where their brawl ends up killing a vampire security guard. He is sent by Jax to kill his stepsister Lily Chambers, but she survives the gunshot. He is later arrested by the FRU when he is sent to kill her again.
