Ima is a deceased spirit who meets Kylie Galen when she first comes to Fallen Cemetery to find 'Berta Littlemon'.

Ima is at her grave trying to tell her husband to use his pills correctly to no avail. Then she notices Kylie and realizes she can hear her. She then desperately pleas with Kylie to tell her husband to use the pills properly. When she inclines to the old man how her grandfather took the pills in the wrong order, the other ghosts overhear and realize she can hear them. They then start swarming around her.
Sometime later, Ima tells Kylie that her husband is taking the pills properly and she has decided to wait for him to join her so that they can move on to the afterlife together.
