Christopher "Chris" Whitmore is a student at Shadow Falls Academy. He is the representative of the vampire group at the school and is mostly in charge of pairing up campers/students for the daily activity, Meet Your Campmate Hour. He accepts bribe to help some students get paired up with someone they want in exchange for a pint of their blood.
Like many of his peers, Chris is briefly assigned to be one of Kylie's shadows under Burnett's instructions.
Biography
Born at Midnight

Chris organizes the daily Campmate Hour activity. There is a time when things were tense and no one participated the activity after a lion was mysteriously found in Kylie's bedroom. Things resume to normal after the case was solved.
Awake at Dawn

Kylie goes to talk to Chris about arranging Kylie and Derek's names to match up for Campmate Hour. Derek has been avoiding her and she could only think of this to get his attention.
Taken at Dusk

Kylie runs into him when he is jogging and asks whether Derek is in his cabin since he and Chris are roommates.
Whispers at Moonrise

During the set up for the welcoming party for the new students, Holiday mentions to Della and Kylie that Chris and Steve got into a little "confrontation" over Della by the lake that Holiday had to break up. He also announces Fredericka and Kylie's pairing at Campmate Hour at Fredericka's request.
Chosen at Nightfall

Chris welcomes Kylie back to camp. He later announces the pair-ups for Fredericka and Kylie at Fredericka's request, and later for Steve and Kylie. Both have ulterior motives to ask Kylie for relationship advice, respectively.
When Kylie and her stepfather go to the nearby burger joint, Chris and Lucas are assigned by Burnett to watch shadow her until she gets back to camp.
Reborn

Chris shows a mild interest in Della Tsang, as he pairs up their names since Steve is spending more time at Dr. Whitman's. During the Meet Your Campmate Hour, he gets into a verbal argument with Chase Tallman after he wanted Della's name seeing as it made her uncomfortable. This intense atmosphere was resolved when Kylie offers to pay her blood to get Della's name for herself.
Physical Appearance
Chris is tall, broad-shouldered with the typical California surfer look, with blond hair and blue eyes.
Personality
Chris is known to be theatrical. He likes to turn Camp-mate Hour into a performance with a magician's hat and suspenseful pauses to keep everyone on their toes.
Chris is known to be overconfident and a bit mischievous, but also very determined to get something if it catches his attention. Though he appears playful and funny, he can sometimes be serious.
