Steve and Perry Gomez both travel to Paris to train their powers at a pristine school for shape-shifters. Steve wishes to get chosen for the International Training Academy through the school's connection, while Perry aims to learn to control his power better, so he wouldn't shift every time he gets angry.[1]
Spellbinder

A few weeks after Steve and Perry left Shadow Falls, Miranda Kane flies to Paris for her final competition for the role of High Priestess. The other accompanying contestants include Tabitha Evans, Sienna Banker, Candy Gleason, and Sandy Gleason.
Accompanying them are Burnett James, Shawn Hanson, Kylie Galen, and Della Tsang. Mrs. Banker also followed. Ms. Kane, Austin Kane, and Mary Esther Evans arrive a few days before the competition to watch their daughters compete.[2]
