Bojing Chi was an acquaintance of Della Tsang's. He and his wife owned a shop together.

Mr. Chi and his wife were murdered by a group of hybrid gangsters. While his soul moved on to the afterlife, his wife stayed behind to solve their murder. He is eventually reunited with his wife in the afterlife.
