Retrocognition is the ability to see visions of the past. It is a power common to those with the gift of Ghost Whispering and is usually triggered by spirits to see their past experiences.
Overview
When visited by a spirit, the individual can be forcibly drawn into a vision where they experience excruciating moments of the spirit where they die or other emotional moments. At times, they may also experience moments in the present if the ghost wants to show them something important. The user will have no control over the events and no method of leaving the vision until it plays out.
During the vision, the individual's body would wander around, acting on its own without the person's consent. They return to normal after the vision is over.
Limitations
There is no way to control the visions or end them by willpower. The ghost whisperer can only let it play out until it ends.
