Power Shifting is a direct result of Species Shifting—when a chameleon changes their species, they assume the abilities of any creature they turn into.
Description
The shift allows the user to change their powers altogether.
For example, when Kylie Galen was running away from Lucas Parker and Perry Gomez, she conjured up a net to temporarily entrap them, then ran away. Her instincts took over and instantly turned her from a witch into a vampire in order to enhance her running speed and grant her the power to fly.
It is effective in self-preservation and use the needed powers without having to rely on other people.
Limitations
One may not be aware of when to change power set.
