Conjuration, also known as Zapping, is the art of materializing objects and summoning beings at will.
This power is generally possessed by witches and warlocks. They mostly use this power by waving their pinky fingers and imagining what they want to conjure.
Overview
To conjure an object properly, the witch or warlock must have a clear image on what they want to conjure and concentrate on it while waving their pinky finger. According to Miranda, only the most powerful witches can transport human beings.
The rules for conjuration:
- A witch/warlock can't conjure anything they want.
- The reason for use affects the result.
- If it's for the greater good.
- If it's for their benefit, it has to be within reason.
- If it's used too often, they'll be called in by the Wicca society.
History
In Whispers at Moonrise, Kylie, being a new witch, practices conjuration by trying to create six packs of Diet Cokes, but accidentally summons Zac into the cabin. She later successfully conjures up a net to fall on Perry and Lucas to distract them long enough to make her escape.
In Spellbinder, Miranda conjures up three Diet Cokes for herself and her friends.
