Telepathy is the ability to communicate through the mind. Such communication includes thoughts, ideas, feelings, memories, sensations and mental images. Shown to be used by mystics, ghost whisperers, and certain faes.

The user can send silent messages through brainwaves to the intended person. The range and distance depend solely on the person's level of power.
Ghost Whisperers
A ghost whisperer can communicate with their spirits with their minds. This allows them to talk to them without having to speak and catch unwanted attention.[1]
Mystics
Mystic witches can easily communicate with others through their minds by sending messages to them with their thoughts.[2]
Spells
Telepathy spells are extremely difficult for a normal witch to cast unless the spells are blessed by a mystic witch.[2]
Elves
Elves seem to have a limited ability of telepathy that allows them to cause discomfort in someone's mind.[3]
Faes
According to Miranda, certain faes have the gift of mind reading.[3]
